Yes — WhatsApp opt-in is commonly captured at the point of sampling or survey, then used for follow-up campaigns after the activation.
What happens to the data we collect?
It's compiled into a structured database and handed back to you in a usable format; we don't sell or reuse client-collected data for other purposes.
Do we need our own QR/survey platform, or do you provide one?
We can work with your existing martech stack or set up the QR/survey/WhatsApp tooling as part of the campaign — happy to scope either way.
